Here is a delicious low-carb recipe that I found here, while looking for low-carb recipe ideas. They are so easy to make, and so yummy! I always love it when you order a pizza and there are some of the crispier pepperoni slices around the edges. That's what these are, just without the pizza. :)
These Pepperoni Chips are great for a snack...
OR...
Crumbled up on top of a salad. So good.
Just take some pepperoni slices and place them on a paper towel lined plate, place another paper towel on top and cook for about 1 minute.
I am considering trying a more low-carb diet. Not necessarily an actual diet, but cutting way down on my carbs and focusing on more protein and vegetables. I may try this recipe with Turkey Pepperoni for an even healthier twist. Stay tuned for more low-carb recipes coming soon! I have a list of recipes that I want to try.
