How about a fun recipe today??
But it's also delicious.
And it's not even much of a recipe. Just make them however you want and you can hardly go wrong with these.
Shall we get started?
First I should say, I was in a hurry to make this for my very hungry children and didn't even think of taking step by step pictures. But they are very easy, so don't worry.
Spray a 12 cup muffing pan with cooking spray.
Make your favorite pizza dough, or use a store-bought dough and using small pieces of dough, line each cup on the bottom and sides.
Bake at 375 for 6 minutes.
Chop up some pepperoni into small pieces and stir them into some pizza sauce. (You could also add other favorite pizza toppings like sausage, pepper, onion, or mushroom. But I had very hungry kids, so I didn't add any of those.) Put a small amount of pizza sauce into each cup. Top with cheese and maybe another pepperoni and bake for another 15 minutes.
Then make a big mess eating them, but enjoy every bite. I'm a crust person so I LOVED the crust to sauce ratio. I froze the leftovers and will reheat them for another lunch someday soon.
Give them a try and let me know how you change them up!
